I have some mixed feelings on this one. Sorry, there may be some SPOILERS ahead. Pagan's memory gets wiped clean without her knowledge of Dank so that a DIETY can fairly decide if she want to be with her soulmate or Dank. Overall, the concept of it seemed like a good angsty storyline between love, death & soulmates. However, it didn't even feel like Pagan had a 'soulmate' connection with Jay. Dank really didn't have much of a challenge, & when it came time for him to fight, he gave up. I was little disappointed in that, especially since he had the upperhand. As much as I liked Pagan & Dank, this story just fell a little short for me compared to the first two books.
